Negotiation Updates
Sonoma County Law Enforcement Management Association SCLEMA Labor Negotiations
The County of Sonoma and SCLEMA bargaining representatives met on June 10, 2019 for the parties’ third bargaining session. The parties exchanged a number of opening proposals on both economic and non-economic subjects for a four year successor agreement.
Sonoma County Law Enforcement Management Association SCLEMA Labor Negotiations
County and SCLEMA representatives met on July 1st for the parties’ 4th bargaining session. The County provided back-up information on its salary survey data and addressed foundational points regarding the County’s salary proposal. The parties also identified and discussed those areas of the County’s economic proposals where there was tentative agreement. The parties will return to the bargaining table on July 8th.
Sonoma County Law Enforcement Management Association SCLEMA Labor Negotiations
The County of Sonoma and SCLEMA representatives met on July 26, 2019 for the parties’ sixth bargaining session and reached a comprehensive tentative agreement on a four year successor contract.
