Article 23: Employment in More Than One Position
Except for working elections as provided by resolution of the Board of Supervisors, no person employed in a full-time position may be employed by the County of Sonoma in any other full-time, part-time, or Extra Help position, nor shall any person by employed by the County in two or more part-time or Extra Help positions which will, in combination, provide for more than eighty (80) hours of regularly scheduled work in any one bi-weekly pay period.
