Sonoma County Deputy Public Defender Attorneys Association SCDPDAA Labor Negotiations Summary
Published: June 19, 2019
The County of Sonoma is pleased to announce that on 6/13/2019, the County and SCDPDAA reached a comprehensive tentative agreement, whereby association members will receive annual salary adjustments, cost of living adjustments, increases to members’ professional development allocations, and increased contributions toward employees’ medical premiums. The Association agreed to participate in a joint labor-management committee to explore potential options to address retirement-related costs, and to maintain current retirement contributions for employees hired before January 1, 2013, to assist in lowering unfunded pension-related liabilities. The County appreciates SCDPDAA’s efforts in reaching this tentative agreement.
