Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs)
The Sonoma County Deputy Public Defender Attorneys' Association represents approximately 26 Deputy Public Defender positions in the Public Defender’s Office. Refer to Appendix A of the MOU for a list of job classifications in this bargaining unit.
The Memorandum of Understanding between the County of Sonoma and the Sonoma County Deputy Public Defender Attorneys' Association is a contract that represents the negotiated agreement on all of the subjects contained in the document for the specified time period.
