Article 3: Effective Dates and Renegotiation
This Memorandum of Understanding shall become effective on the date approved by the Board of Supervisors unless otherwise specified in the Memorandum, and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on May 6, 2026. Either party shall serve on the other party its written request to commence negotiations for any successor Memorandum of Understanding by the first week in December 2025.
Negotiations shall commence by January 6, 2026.
