Negotiation Updates
Western Council of Engineers WCE Labor Negotiations Summary
On 6/12/2019, the County of Sonoma and WCE met for their first bargaining meeting. The parties discussed ground rules, background financial data relevant to the bargaining unit, and scheduled upcoming meetings. The parties are tentatively scheduled to meet on July 9, 2019.
Western Council of Engineers WCE Labor Negotiations Summary
On August 26, 2019, the County of Sonoma and WCE met for their eighth bargaining session. The parties have completed exchanging initial proposals, and the parties have reached tentative agreement on three proposals to change the current language in the Memorandum of Understanding.
