2019 - 2023 SCPDIAMemorandum of Understanding: Article 1: Term
1.1 Effective Dates
The following items shall constitute the wages, hours and other terms and conditions for employees in classifications as listed in Article 2 of this Memorandum of Understanding. The parties agree that all changes contained herein will become effective upon approval by the Board of Supervisors, unless otherwise specified. This Memorandum shall expire and otherwise fully terminate at 11:59 p.m. on June 17, 2023.
1.2 Notice for Successor Memorandum
In the event either party desires to negotiate a successor Memorandum of Understanding, that party shall serve on the other party, its written request to commence negotiations. The request shall be served at least six (6) months before the expiration of this Memorandum specified in Section 1.1 – i.e. no later than December 17, 2022.
