Sonoma County Public Defender Investigators’ Association (SCPDIA)

The Sonoma County Public Defender Investigators' Association represents approximately 8 Public Defender Investigator and Sr. Public Defender Investigator positions in The Public Defender’s Office. Refer to Appendix A of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for a list of job classifications in this bargaining unit.

The MOU between the County of Sonoma and the Sonoma County Public Defender Investigators' Association is a contract that represents the negotiated agreement on all of the subjects contained in the document for the specified time period.
