Negotiation Updates
Sonoma County Law Enforcement Association SCLEA Labor Negotiations Summary
The County of Sonoma and SCLEA bargaining representatives met for the parties’ 7th negotiations session on May 24, 2019. The County passed proposed final contract language on a number of non-economic proposals along with updated language capturing recently approved adjustments to the County’s equity proposals.

The County of Sonoma and SCLEA bargaining representatives met on June 10, 2019 for the parties’ eighth bargaining session. Discussions focused on the remaining open issues pertaining to shift change notifications, specialty assignment premiums, boot and cleaning allowances.
