Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for CalFresh Healthy Living Nutrition Education Program

The County of Sonoma is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Delivering Nutrition Education for CalFresh Healthy Living Nutrition Education program.
This CalFresh Healthy Living Nutrition Education program aims to provide direct nutrition education to parents of children (ages 0-4) attending Healthy Apple ECE sites. The successful respondent must demonstrate experience delivering nutrition education to adults in diverse settings, as well as experience with conducting food demonstrations. In addition, the successful respondent will ideally demonstrate experience with community organizing, including conducting community events, and engaging community members in a community health worker model.
