The County of Sonoma is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposals for Behavioral Health Residential Beds.

The Sonoma County Department of Health Services (Health Services) is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide Substance Use Disorder (SUD) services for homeless individuals from the Joe Rodota Trail (JRT) who have been placed in permanent supportive housing. The purpose of this competitive procurement is to identify a community-based organization (CBO) for 15 SUD residential treatment beds for occupants of the JRT that have been transitioned into permanent supportive housing arrangement with the goal of maintaining clients as successfully housed.
