Description of Operation: Site where residential and commercial municipal solid waste, recyclable material, construction and demolition, treated wood waste and green/wood waste will be accepted, processed and transferred offsite.

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, In compliance with AB1497 and California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 27 Section 21660.3, that the Sonoma County Department of Health Services, Solid Waste Local Enforcement Agency (LEA) is processing a Registration Permit for Republic Services of Sonoma County, LLC.
Please be advised that the Sonoma County LEA received and accepted for filing a Registration Permit for a Medium Volume Transfer/Processing Facility located at 33549 Annapolis Road, Annapolis, California. The LEA has determined the Registration is complete and correct, as per Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations (CCR) Section 18104.1. The LEA is certified by the California Department of Resources, Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) to enforce state laws and regulations at solid waste sites within Sonoma County, including Medium Volume Transfer/Processing Facilities.
