The Department of Health Services has established the following list of qualified consultants for facilitation services:

• Learning For Action (LFA)
• MIG, Inc.
• Morrison Forbes
• Public Health Institute

• Resource Development Associates (RDA)

This notice does not guarantee that a contract will be awarded to an above listed consultant. As the Department identifies the need for communications and media services, it may select a consultant from the list with which the County may enter into a Professional Services Agreement.

The Department wishes to thank all of the organizations that submitted a response to this Request for Qualifications.

Organizations that were not selected for inclusion on the list have the right to file a protest. Protests must be submitted in writing within seven (7) calendar days from the date of this Notice of Inclusion and must comply with the procedures set forth at http://sonomacounty.ca.gov/General-Services/Purchasing/Doing-Business-with-the-County/.
