Emergency and Pre-Hospital Medical Services System Ordinance

The Board of Supervisors will introduce an ordinance amending Chapter 28 of the Sonoma County Code (Emergency and Pre-Hospital Medical Services System). The proposed amendment brings Sonoma County up to date with many changes that have occurred within the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) system on the statewide level and also addresses issues important to local EMS system stakeholders. The Board of Supervisors may consider adoption of the ordinance as early as November 19, 2019.
