The Request for Proposals - Consulting Services November 2020 Ballot Measure

The Sonoma County Department of Health Services is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposals for Consultant Services to include Civic Engagement Strategies, Polling, Community Outreach and Education, Feasibility Analyses, and Expenditure Planning.
The Department is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants, political revenue generation strategists, community organizing or civic engagement management firms for the planning and design of a public outreach strategy in support of a potential November 2020 ballot measure that will generate revenue to sustain and improve our behavioral health and homeless services.
Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. PST on January 23, 2019.
