3.1
The County recognizes the Union as the exclusive recognized employee organization for the Skilled Trades Non-Supervisory Unit. The bargaining unit consists of full-time and part-time employees in allocated positions in the classifications listed below:

3.2
The Union and its authorized representatives have the recognized right to represent members of the bargaining unit on all matters within the scope of representation.
3.3
Excluded from the bargaining unit are employees represented by another employee organization under the County's Employee Relations Policy, supervisory and confidential employees.
