Sonoma County Mobile Crisis Response Services
We provide crisis support to anyone experiencing a behavioral health crisis anywhere in Sonoma County, collaborating with multiple service agencies and community partners to provide seamless services. All mobile crisis response services can be accessed 24/7 through our MST Crisis Call Center at 1-800-746-8181, for a ‘no wrong door’ approach to services.

Mobile Support Team (MST)
Operated by Sonoma County DHS Behavioral Health Division, MST provides crisis response services all day, every day, 24/7/365, in our call center and out in the community. MST can be reached at 1-800-746-8181; personnel in our MST Crisis Call Center will gather information to support those calling in and connect callers to the appropriate crisis response – including coordination with other crisis response teams in the county.

Our MST field team, staffed with mental health clinicians, alcohol & other drugs counselors, and senior client support specialists, responds to a variety of behavioral health crises independently from law enforcement (when appropriate.) MST provides in-field crisis assessment, de-escalation and intervention, 5150 assessment, safety planning, transportation, coordination with providers, and follow-up after the crisis for connection to ongoing support services and treatment.

Specialized Assistance for Everyone – SAFE Team
Addressing crisis response, prevention and intervention by responding 24/7/365 within the city limits of Cotati, Rohnert Park and Petaluma, and also to Sonoma State University students on- or off-campus, SAFE can be reached directly in Cotati/SSU at 707-792-4611, in Rohnert Park at 707-584-2612, and in Petaluma at 707-781-1234.
