SONOMA COUNTY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH’S CAPE PROGRAM
Crisis Assessment, Prevention and Education (CAPE) brings behavioral health professionals directly into schools to support students when they need it most. From early intervention to crisis response and substance use support, CAPE is making a real difference at local schools.

CAPE is now in all Santa Rosa City high schools, plus Cloverdale, Geyserville, Healdsburg and Windsor — and soon, Petaluma, Cotati and Rohnert Park — for a total of 18 public high schools across the county.

CAPE doesn’t just respond to crisis. It trains students, teachers and families to recognize when someone’s struggling and take action because every student deserves to feel safe, supported and seen.
