PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, In compliance with AB1497 and California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 27 Section 21660.3, that the Sonoma County Department of Health Services, Solid Waste Local Enforcement Agency (LEA) is processing a Registration Permit for Pacific Recycling Solutions, Inc.

 Please be advised that the Sonoma County LEA received and accepted for filing a Registration Permit for a Direct Transfer facility located at 5900 Pruitt Ave., Windsor, California. The LEA has determined the Registration is complete and correct, as per Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations (CCR) Section 18104.1. The LEA is certified by the California Department of Resources, Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) to enforce state laws and regulations at solid waste sites within Sonoma County, including Direct Transfer facilities.

Where to get more information:
A copy of the proposed application package and permit is available for public review in the LEA office, located at 625 5^th Street, Santa Rosa, CA 95404. The application package is available for review by appointment M-F except holidays from 7:30 am -4:30 pm or through public records requests.
