Satellite Offices

The purpose and goals of HSD Satellite Offices are to expand access to safety net services and support across Sonoma County in areas of unmet needs.  

East County Center (Sonoma)

Launched in January 2024, the East County Center is a cross-county collaborative partnership of the Board of Supervisors First Supervisorial District, County Administrator’s Office, Human Services Department, Department of Health Services (WIC and Behavioral Health), and Department of Child Support Services (DCSS).

West County Center (Guerneville)

The West County Center is a collaborative partnership of the Board of Supervisors District 5, Office of Supervisor Lynda Hopkins, Human Services Department, and Department of Health Services.  HSD will be opening its Guerneville satellite site in early fall 2024.
