Most County offices are open for regular operations starting on November 1, 2019, except for those listed below:

Emergency benefits for Medi-Cal, CalFresh and SonomaWORKs clients, Employment & Training Office, 2227 Capricorn Way, Santa Rosa, (707) 565-5500, 8am-5pm.
Providing help with replacement EBT cards, replacement CalFresh benefits (not Disaster CalFresh benefits) and expedited applications for new benefits.
Staff can also answer questions about unemployment benefits due to the fire emergency or the power shutoffs, including filing for state disaster unemployment benefits.
All other Medi-Cal and CalFresh clients can call the Economic Assistance number at (877) 699-6868 for support with non-emergency benefit matters.
Child Protective Services Hotline: Child abuse, neglect or abandonment, (707) 565-4304 or (800) 870-7064.
Adult & Aging Division, 3725 Westwind Boulevard, First Floor Santa Rosa, CA 95403, 8am-5pm.
- Adult Protective Services Hotline: Adult abuse, neglect or exploitation, (800) 667-0404.
- IHSS providers can pick up paychecks
- Veterans can get assistance filing claims

Sonoma Water (closed to public November 1, 2019).

Permit Sonoma (will reopen to the public on Monday, November 4, 2019).
