Ownership Changes Backlog
Due to an extraordinary number of ownership changes, the Sonoma County Assessor’s Office is experiencing a significant backlog processing these changes. If you received a tax bill for a property you no longer own, please write “sold” on the bill and return it to our office. You may view your tax bill and, if desired, make your property tax payment using a credit card, debit card or E-Check electronic debit from your checking or savings account.

Monthly Payments Offered Through Easy Smart Pay

The Auditor-Controller Treasurer-Tax Collector Office is now offering a paperless Property Tax e-Billing System that allows you to receive your property tax bill by email.
