TOT/BIA Due Dates and Contact Information
This page contains inforamtion on the due dates for Transient Occupancy Tax and Business Improvement Area returns and remittance, as well as contact information for our TOT/BIA collections unit.
Quarterly Due Dates
The schedule below outlines the Transient Occupancy Tax and Business Improvement Area return and remittance due dates.
- First Quarter (January to March): Due on or before April 30th
- Second Quarter (April to June): Due on or before July 31st
- Third Quarter (July to September): Due on or before October 31st
- Fourth Quarter (October to December): Due on or before January 31st
Your return must be postmarked or delivered to the Tax Collector’s office on or before 5:00 p.m. on the quarterly due dates noted above. If the due date falls on a weekend or holiday it is due by 5:00 p.m. on the next business day.
Please Note: Postage meter imprints do not qualify as a valid postmark.
