SCLEA, SCLEMA and SCPDIA employees have an opportunity to make changes to their Annual Enrollment elections.
If you want to make changes to your previously selected benefit elections, you must complete and submit the applicable form(s) provided below by 5:00 p.m., Friday, June 24, 2016 to the Human Resources Benefits Unit.
