The Housing Authority is performing several on-site waitlist lottery tranings for supportive service providers throughout the County. If you are interested in hosting a training at your site please contact Joni Buhner via email at Joni.Buhner@sonoma-county.org A training will also be held at the Community Development Commission office located at 1440 Guerneville Road in Santa Rosa on June 24, 2019 at 2:30pm.
The lottery application period will open from July 1-31, 2019. Applications received during this time will be placed in a waitlist lottery. Placement on the Housing Choice Voucher Waitlist will be done by random selection in early September. There will also be opportunities to submit applications for separate Project Based Voucher waitlists during this time.
Anyone interested in applying to any of the Housing Authority's waitlists must apply during the open waitlist lottery application period, even if an application has been submitted in the past.
