Sonoma County Housing Authority's Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) and Project-Based Voucher Programs

The Sonoma County Housing Authority does not currently have any open Project-Based Voucher waitlist lotteries.   We plan to open several Project-Based Voucher waitlist lotteries in the fall of 2025.

The Sonoma County Housing Choice Voucher waitlist is also currently closed and is not expected to reopen unitl late 2026.  

Disability-related accommodation to access any programs, services or activities provided by the Sonoma County Community Development Commission or the Sonoma County Houisng Authority, can be arranged by calling (707) 565-7500/TDD (707) 565-7555.  Translation services will be made available upon request.
