The CDC is moving!

The Community Development Commission and Sonoma County Housing Authority will be relocating to new offices located at 141 Stony Circle, Suite 210 in Santa Rosa on September 3, 2024! The offices at 1440 Guerneville Road will remain open through 5pm Tuesday, August 27, 2024. Offices at both locations will be closed August 28-30, re-opening at our new location Tuesday, September 3 following the Labor Day holiday.

Public transportation access to our new location is served by bus routes 9, 9E and 15. Please direct all future mail correspondence to P.O. Box 12025, Santa Rosa, CA. 95406-2025.  

¡La Comisión de Desarrollo Comunitario y la Autoridad de Vivienda del Condado de Sonoma se reubicarán a nuevas oficinas localizadas en 141 Stony Circle, Suite 210 en Santa Rosa el 3 de septiembre de 2024! Las oficinas en 1440 Guerneville Road permanecerán abiertas hasta las 5 pm. del martes 27 de agosto de 2024. Las oficinas en ambas ubicaciones estarán cerradas del 28 al 30 de agosto y reabrirán en nuestra nueva ubicación el martes 3 de septiembre después del día feriado del Trabajo.
