Open the app on your smartphone, click New Request
Select an issue or use search to find the appropriate category.
If you have GPS and location services enabled on your smartphone, the app will automatically find the location. Drag the pinpoint on the map to refine the location if desired. You can also enter the address manually. Additionally, you can upload one or more pictures to further illustrate the issue.
Click Next
Click Submit Request
Log in if you would like status updates and the ability to track your request. Skipping this step will allow you to report your issue anonymously but we will not be able to contact you for additional information.
The smartphone app has links to many County of Sonoma services, such as Sonoma County Transit and Regional Parks.
