This week, the bridge crew will
be installing guardrails in the Summerhome Park Road viaduct area, where paving
work was completed last Thursday. One lane traffic controls will be set up daily
from 7:30 am to 4 pm with only minor delays. Additionally, bridge crew staff
will be installing bridge plates with a crane at both the Asti and Odd Fellows
summer crossings this week.
Road work in preparation of
summer chip seals are scheduled this week along Burnside Road and Chalk Hill Road.
The Culvert crew will be replacing failed cross culverts along Burnside Road
between Watertrough Road and Barnett Valley Road. Road crews will be doing
asphalt repairs along Burnside Road within the same areas. One lane traffic
controls will be in place for both projects with minor delays.
Short delays
can be expected along Chalk Hill Road, as road crews will be doing asphalt
repairs between Pleasant Avenue to Morse Road.
