Pesticide Use Report Form Changes for Production Agriculture
California Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) now requires start and end times for all pesticide applications on agricultural commodities

Due to recent changes to Title 3, California Code of Regulations (3 CCR) sections 6624 & 6626 concerning pesticide use reports (PURs) for production agriculture, start and end times are now required for all pesticide applications on an agricultural commodity.
If you are submitting paper forms, you can access the updated versions of California Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) forms DPR-PML-025, DPR-PML-017C, or DPR-PML-183 in English and Spanish at the DPR website: https://www.cdpr.ca.gov/report/pesticide-use-reporting-pur-forms/
Those who prefer to pick up paper forms may come into the main Sonoma County Department of Agriculture/Weights & Measures office at 133 Aviation Drive, Room 110, Santa Rosa. Our offices are open 8am-12pm and 1pm-4pm Monday - Friday.
If you submit paper forms to our office and have not included the start and end times, we may reach out to you to obtain this information, as it is required.
You can also submit your report entirely online through https://www.CalAgPermits.org. If you do not have an account, you can contact our office to create a login that will allow you to submit PURs electronically. Please call our office at (707) 565-2371 and ask to speak with the Inspector On Duty, who will help you get set up with an account. You will need to have a valid e-mail address to start an account and submit the forms online. You may find using CalAgPermits the most convenient way to submit your PURs.
