Kimberly Fitzgerald

Chief Deputy

Kimberly Fitzgerald joined the Public Defender’s Office in August 2022 and was promoted to Chief Deputy in August 2023. She currently supervises the misdemeanor team and the law student interns. Kim is experienced in trial and appellate litigation, supervision/training, and tackling projects that enhance legal representation. She has 19 years of criminal defense trial/litigation and 8 years of criminal defense appellate practice.
