Home Visiting Advisory Collaborative

The Sonoma County Home Visiting Advisory Collaborative provides a forum for education and networking to be widely available to all home visiting programs as a resource for training, problem solving and the promotion of best practices. The membership is focused on maternal child health issues with an emphasis on the 0-5 population.

Interested members of the public are welcome at all Council Meetings. Meetings are an opportunity to network and offer ideas that improve program quality and sustainability.
