- Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan, FY 2025-2026 Annual Action Plan Funding Recommendations
Rhonda Coffman, Deputy Director and Veronica Ortiz-De Anda, Community Development Assistant Manager
Staff will present the draft FY 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan, draft FY 2025-2026 Annual Action Plan, and federal funding recommendations. The draft Consolidated Plan will include an overview and summary of the community participation process, needs assessment, and strategic plan for the use of federal resources.
Recommended Action: Review the preliminary federal funding recommendations and provide input to staff
- FY 2025-2026 Funding Recommendations for the County Fund for Housing (CFH), Low- and Moderate-Income Housing Asset Fund (LMIHAF), and Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA)

Staff will present funding recommendations for CFH, LMIHAF, and PLHA for FY 2025-2026.
Recommended Action: Review the preliminary non-federal funding recommendations and provide input to staff
