Charles M. Schulz — Sonoma County Airport announces non-stop service to Palm Springs on Alaska Airlines
SANTA ROSA, CA | July 31, 2025
Charles M. Schulz – Sonoma County Airport today announced that Alaska Airlines will add Palm Springs as a non-stop destination from STS.
The popular route will operate seasonally, with service commencing in October and ending in May of each calendar year. The first flight is scheduled for Oct. 26. Alaska Airlines will service Palm Springs with five weekly round-trip flights, utilizing their 76-seat Embraer 175 aircraft.
“It’s great to see Alaska Airlines pick up this route,” said Airport Manager Jon Stout. “It’s been a really popular destination for Sonoma County residents, and I’m happy to see Alaska Airlines expand their offerings to meet the market demand, servicing eight destinations out of our regional airport.”
“We’re the only global airline based on the West Coast, and we’re proud to offer the most flights and seats between California, Washington and Oregon. These new additions further expand our ability to take our guests between growing markets in California and the Pacific Northwest for leisure and business travel,” said Kirsten Armine, vice president of revenue management and network planning at Alaska Airlines.
With the new route, Alaska Airline’s non-stop destinations from the Charles M Schulz – Sonoma County Airport include:
- Palm Springs, CA
- San Diego, CA
- Santa Ana, CA
