Disability Management for Employees and Departments of the County of Sonoma

Our Unit provides support to employees and departments of the County of Sonoma on matters related to disability management, including leaves of absence (medical, catastrophic, military), workers’ compensation, temporary transitional duty, permanent disability accommodations, essential function worksheet updates, statistical claims reporting, and Long Term Disability (LTD).
