Grant Funded Projects

The Climate Action and Resiliency Division administers, manages, and partners on a variety of grant funded projects.  The follow is a list of current projects:

Sonoma-Marin Ag and County Climate Coalition (SMACCC) Carbon Farming grant supports the production and marketing of climate-smart commodities by providing voluntary incentives to producers and landowners to implement climate-smart agricultural production practices on working lands.
