The evaluation panel carefully reviewed and analyzed the proposals received in response to the above referenced solicitation. Based upon that review and analysis, we are recommending to the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors that the contract be awarded to The Society of St. Vincent de Paul District Council of Sonoma County, Inc. Cannabis Program Update & Environmental Impact Report
Permit Sonoma has released a final draft Cannabis Land Use Ordinance, General Plan Amendment, and other documents. Revisions were made to certain documents published on April 2, 2024 in response to public input received during the public comment period. Comments may continue to be submitted at any time throughout this process, both before and after publication of the Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR). Read full story

Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-2025 County Fund for Housing (CFH) and Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA), and FY 2021-2022 HOME-American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP)
The Sonoma County Community Development Commission (Commission) will be accepting funding applications from eligible applicants for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 County Fund for Housing (CFH) and Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) and Fiscal Year 2021-2022 HOME – American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP). These funds are available for eligible affordable housing projects, and the eligibility requirements differ based on the applicable funding source. All prospective applicants are required to attend a mandatory technical assistance workshop in order to apply.
