Public Forum on Homelessness (#5) - Shelter/Permanent Shelter Beds & Utilization
You are invited to participate in an online public forum on homelessness on Thursday, August 29th from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. The forum will begin with a brief overview about shelter beds, permanent shelter housing beds and utilization, followed by an “open forum” style Q&A session. Notice of Intent to Request Release of Funds and Final Notice and Public Explanation of a Proposed Activity in a 100-Year Floodplain
On or about August 16, 2024, the Sonoma County Community Development Commission will submit a request to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the release of $138,200 in Community Development Block Grants/Entitlement Grants funds as authorized by the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, Title I, Public Law 93-383, 88 Stat. 633, 42 U.S.C. 5301-5321, as amended, to undertake a project known as Gold Ridge Farm ADA Path and Restroom Facility Improvement Project for the purpose of providing Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) access to public facility Gold Ridge Farm also known as Luther Burbank Farm.
