Notice of Public Hearing - Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-2025 Annual Action Plan and FY 2021-2022 Annual Action Plan Substantial Amendment

The Sonoma County Community Development Committee and the Cities and Towns Advisory Committee will hold a concurrent public hearing on March 20, 2024 to consider funding applications submitted for the following funding sources: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME), HOME Community Housing Development Organization (HOME-CHDO), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), HOME American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP), and Low and Moderate Income Housing Asset Fund (LMIHAF). Public Hearing Notice – Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing (AFFH) - February 8 through March 11, 2024

A draft of the Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing (AFFH) assessment, formerly known as the Assessment of Fair Housing, for the participating jurisdiction of Sonoma County is now available for public review.
