Volunteer to coach seniors for an award-winning, fallprevention program, A Matter of Balance - Managing Concerns about Falls. Teach older adults whohave concerns about falling how to reduce their fear of falling and safely increasetheir activity levels. Train as a facilitator to conduct these eight,two-hour sessions at locations countywide.
