The mission of the VAAC is to provide recommendations on how best to implement federal and state laws regarding access to the electoral process for voters with disabilities. Topics on the agenda for the November 2025 meeting include an update on the status of the November 4, 2025, Statewide Special Election, an update on the status of the relocation of the Sonoma County Registrar of Voters office, reviewing accessibility surveys completed since August's meeting, reviewing changes to the SoCoVotes.com website, accessibility for deaf voters, and curbside voting (specifically, accessible equipment carts).
